How clearomizer tanks work?

The clearomizer is the part of an e-cigarette which where the liquid is stored and converted into vapor. This component is also likened to atomizer and cartomizers but they are known to work differently. The clearomizer is divided into different parts namely;
  • Tank: This is where the e-liquid is stored
  • Mouthpiece: This is the part where the vapor is inhaled
  • Coil: This heats up the juice converting it into vapor
  • Wick: This absorbs liquid and takes it to the coil where it is heated.
So, how does the clearomizer tanks work?
The e-juice is absorbed from the tank by the wick. This juice is then passed on to the coil where it is heated. As soon as the juice gets to the coil and the battery is activated, the coil is switched on. It then heats the juice till it converts into vapor which is inhaled from the mouthpiece.
The clearomizer can also be removed from the e-cigarette. It can easily be refilled. To refill a cartomizer, these are the steps which you will follow;
  • Remove the mouthpiece and open the tank
  • Fill up the clearomizer. You can monitor the quantity of liquid being poured through the clear window. Make sure to not overfill it
  • Ensure that you close the tank and screw the mouthpiece back into position
  • Attract the clearomizer to the battery
  • Let the e-liquid settle for some minutes.
When filling up the clearomizer, ensure that you prevent the e-liquid from getting into tbs central tube. If this happens, flooding will occur and the coil will have to much juice on it.
How often should you change your clearomizer?
Vapers are advised to change your clearomizer after 10 refills. After each refill, each component of the refill will start to function less effectively. If you cherish your vape experience, you would change things as frequently as possible. It is possible to rinse the clearomizer in warm water to keep it durable.
